Not receiving emails and promotions

If you are not receiving emails from TukTuk, please check if you have entered a correct email id by tapping on your picture icon in the main menu. If all the details are correct, please check your junk or spam folder to see if the email has landed there. In case of this please open the email and mark as not junk or not spam so as from next time you can receive TukTuk's email in your primary inbox. 

If your problem still persists, file a feedback from the main menu or write to TukTuk at TukTuk will be happy to help you.
